What a great example of "Plot First. Kiss Last." The adventure was so much fun from beginning to end. We follow a female main character who steps out of her comfort zone and into the unknown. The spore seas were incredibly creative and unlike anything I have read before, and the story is full of twists that kept me guessing. The romance is sweet, but it never takes over the adventure. This is exactly the kind of fantasy I love.
