A refreshingly different read — unlike anything I have picked up before. The story is full of twists and turns and stays genuinely unpredictable right to the end. Romance is low to almost nonexistent; there is a relationship woven into the main plot, but it is never really the point. What stood out most was how raw and realistic it felt. No fairy-tale ending — just something real, and I really liked that.
